nope, not impressed. I was on probation a year ago for making prank phone calls to my film teacher. I yelled at him and called him names, and then drew a big penis on the front of his classroom door.

I traumitized a 7 year old boy with a fake machine gun and a ski mask.

If i was 18 I would have gotten jail time.

A bit worse than a penis, which my film tacher would probably enjoy because he's secretly a very lonely pedophile.

I can't beat most of the ones here. My most embarrassing moments were from mishandling the camera.

Once I got a pretty good on-the-street interview...the guy was reluctant at first, but I asked a couple good questions and he opened up...too bad I forgot to turn on the shotgun mike...5 minutes of silence.

Another time at a bluegrass festival, the announcer pointed me out to the audience and they applauded (a nice welcoming gesture)...I started shooting, carefully framing my shots, trying to look professional standing in front of the audience. Suddenly my camera shuts itself off because I forgot to push record (power saver).

Heh...who hasn't been there before. It sucks.

Totatlly. I had finished editing a final project about a two person dialogue for a class right before the deadline and was so sick of watching/listening to it I didn't bother watching the final tape itself. I didn't watch the thing again until we reviewed our tapes in class and there was zero audio. I was so pissed off. It turns out that some dumb ***** before me had flipped a switch cancelling audio on export. I mean, for ****'s sake, why would you do such a thing? And if it was absolutely essential, why the **** wouldn't you switch it back outta courtesy? Gah, needless to say, I failed that class.

I never really get emberassed myself but I seem to scare people away. Doing anything at a public place seems to make parents send their kids away. This is probably just in my case because most of my movies involve sporadic cursing and waving knives around while skateboarding.

I did one time get emberassed because I was running around a public park in a pair of short shorts but I was willing to sacrifice my straight appearance for the sake of a laugh.
