I'm a senior in high school currently and my parents have offered to let me go to some sort of film program or class this summer. I've been making short films and videos for about 5-6 years now and have a strong interest in Cinematography. Are there any especially good programs out there for people who have been doing this for a couple years but still relatively young? I'm located in the Chicago area, so if it's outside of there the school would need to provide some sort of housing according to my parents.

Check out NYFA. I went in '03 and would recommend it.

Do they provide housing? I'm in Illiniois...don't know anyone in NYC I could stay with.
